The HVAC system installed by your company passed inspection today for Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire. I am very please with the workd done by your company, and that you were able to install everything on schedule. The installation technicians were courteous, skilled and took care to install the equiptment correctly to code.
But most important, they deserve extra praise for discovering a gas leak in the gas pipe connection to the hot water heater. I ahd smelled gas around the water heater and furnace for many years. But every other professional worker in the house claimed they didnt smell anything and there was nothing to worry about. But your technicians would not proceed with the installation of the HVAC equipment without first repairing the gas leak- for obvious reasons of safety in using the blow torch. "Very Professional.
I had a bad experience with my central AC system where a big name company changed me 2-3 times the normal rate for an incomplete job on my Trane system which had a leak in its coils.
I had to get it done again, which is when I looked up authorized Trane dealers and came across Allstate AC.
They were upfront about the costs and process. They also advised me on following up with the big name store to get my money back.
The guys that they sent were well behaved, professional & knew what they were doing.
They charge alittle on the higher side but I haven't had a problem with my system for the last few months so I think that may be money well spent.
I did have a small issue a week after they fixed it, but they sent the sa,me engineer within 2-3 hours of me calling and turns out there was more Freon than needed (caused by the Big Name Company). He admitted that he should have seen it before and fixed the problem for me free of charge.
I would certainly recommend them for AC issues and call them without a second thought for any AC issues at my place if needed."
